Can Guillem. Another little bar specialized in Balearic breakfasts. It´s located just at the entrance to Sant Agusti, a perfect place to recharge just before a dive into the sea that surrounds the coves of western Ibiza.

Can Tixedó. At an intersection, this is a must for its excellence and just a few kilometers from Sant Antoni. You have a variety of breakfast choices like toasts or scrambled eggs, that you can enjoy on the terrace or the rooms inside which, during the year, are often used for exhibitions.

Croissant Show. Its name speaks for itself and celebrities like Leonardo di Caprio are dazzled by it. At the foot of the walls of Dalt Vila, it has become the perfect place for a quick pit-stop and to satisfy your appetite with a delicious croissant filled with ham and melted cheese.

Chill. Heading downtown in the summertime can be hell: this café is a type of oasis where you can have a refreshing detox shake or recharge with an aromatic coffee. The friendly staff offers up a great conversation.

Montesol. Having breakfast like a gentleman on the largest terrace in Vara de Rey. Variety and quantity in an elegant environment. On weekends and bank holidays, they serve abundant brunches.

Born. A menu with a Catalonian label to satisfy your hunger. Fuets, longanizas, cheeses and anchovies are some of the foods you can choose from – with orange juice or coffee – at this spot in the Plaza del Parque.

Kalissol. Beside the promenade of Santa Eulária is this brilliant crepe shop. Sweet and savory doughs are the perfect way to get your day on the Mediterranean started.

Jockey. Get up early for that first dip on the most idyllic beaches in Ibiza and after, recharge with some juices and fruit and yogurt bowls. Having breakfast at this beach club on the Mediterranean is a worldly luxury.

Racó Verd. In front of the Sant Josep Church, this kiosk offers sandwiches, avocado toast, and natural juices. You can also choose a dietetic brunch with healthy products. Good, live music is never missing on the terrace.

Can Jordi. A small roadside shop that, first thing in the morning, becomes a lively spot. The cold cuts they offer in the store are also served on toasts and sandwiches. On Saturdays, you can extend your breakfast well into midday and stay for the rock and blues concerts. 

La Gourmandise. This bakery in Sant Jordi has some of the best French pastries on display. In addition to crepes and refined treats, you can also find muesli, fresh fruit, omelettes, vegan salads and a huge selection of cakes on their menu.

Can Xicu. A classic in the village of Sant Josep. A favorite amongst parishioners for a breakfast feast, where you can eat huge toasts. A few meters away is Can Llorenç, another charming bar, frequented by life-long parishioners.

Musset. Toasts full of salmon and top-quality ham so you can recharge at this conveniently close by spot, with its center of the island location. They also serve a delicious brunch.

La Paloma. A slightly-hidden spot at the base of the Sant Llorenç church, the refreshing terrace of this bar is a perfect place to calm your appetite down with their focaccias and cakes that are served in this French-Italian-inspired spot.

Can Sulayetas. Many foodies with a big appetite make the pilgrimage to this bar located a few kilometers from Sant Miquel for a bite of their homemade hamburgers that they serve on Thursdays. However, this spot is ideal for gobbling down a hearty toast before heading to the northern coves.

The Giri Café. The liveliest bar in Sant Joan de Labritja is the perfect starting point for wandering through the market they set up on Sunday mornings in the northern capital. Their toast with bacon and scrambled eggs are a must!
