The chef of Sir Rocco Beach Restaurant by Ushuaïa has decided that this year they will continue with the culinary line of the last seasons: handcrafted dishes coming directly from Italy that preserve 100% of their authentic essence, culture and, of course, taste! The culinary offer will introduce Mediterranean influences that will make the menu much more complete and richer in combinations and options so that even the most sensitive of palates will find his favorite dish.  

The star of the menu, season after season, is the foccacia trufaldina. Praised by customers and staff alike the homemade foccacia filled with fresh buffalo mozzarella, Iberian ham and truffle is definitely a dish that you must try if you come to Ibiza at Sir Rocco.

All the types of pasta of Sir Rocco Beach Restaurant by Ushuaïa are fresh and of high quality. With vegetables, fish, stuffed... Don´t know what to pick? Our recommendation is that you try them all. And for the more traditional of tastes, in the menu, you will find a first-rate selection of meats and fish.

In terms of drinks, the bar service offers a wide range of wines, champagne, cocktails, and aperitifs curated to delight even the most demanding palates.
